Cutting sheet material at someones home is not only difficult, but also messy and inaccurate. With few people offering a cutting service locally this is where we want to help.

What we Offer
Design
If you need help with a cutting list we can provide this for a small fee. Simply drop us an email explaing what you making and we can help break this down into parts. A fully dimensioned CAD drawing will be provided for you to sign off before we start cutting. If you know already know what you're looking for and the sizes required then we can work from this.
Carcasses
With our scribing panel saw and hot melt edge bander we can make clean Melamine cuts otherwise impossible onsite. This means you can offer pre finished melamine MDF carcasses to your clients that do not need any internal finishing.
We can simply cut panels or supply fully joined carcasses for both edged for overlay and un edged in-frame cabinets.
Doors
Plant on doors get the job done but they are unbalanced and can warp. We make our doors traditionally and can provide anything from small kitchen doors to large decorative wardrobe panel doors. These can be beaded, Hinges drilled and even supplied with a spray finish should this be required. All we need is the finished sizes, thickness and materiel required.
Delivery
Ideally these parts will be collected from our workshop but we can deliver locally. Costs for delivery will be based on the distance and time required to deliver. You can also arrange your own courier should you prefer this option.
